CHILDREN’S CHAPEL

Sundays — 9 am service

Children of all ages are always welcome at our worship services, but we also provide a special opportunity for children ages 4 years through 5th grade to receive a more tailored message during the 9 am Sunday service. Just before the reading of the Gospel, one of the children carries the cross to lead the other children downstairs for Children’s Chapel. When they return, two of the children have the opportunity to bring the bread and wine up to be blessed for communion — an act of offering on behalf of the whole congregation.

Children’s Chapel is a modified version of the liturgy, which is led by parent volunteers. It is designed to provide a worship experience for our children that will better prepare them for our common worship.
